Hook audio out from TV to Audio in on amp, then wire up the speakers. If you don't go this route, the speakers you buy can only be the same wattage as the ones in the TV. If the TV is a small one for a bedroom, you might do better to take the ANALOG audio output and run that into a set of PC speakers with subwoofer.
