What do you need to hook a PS3 up to an HDTV with 1080p?

I just bought a brand new PS3 and am waiting for a brand new Westinghouse 42 inch HDTV w/ 1080p capability to arrive within the next couple days. I’m wondering what cable I will need to buy in order to hook up the PS3 to have the highest quality display possible. Thanks for the help!

   HDMI cable.

   You need to buy an HDMI cable. They are expensive if you buy them brand name, but if you don’t then you can buy them somwhere inbetween $5- $20.

   an HDMI cable which you can buy at walmart or fred meyers for about $20-$30

   HDMI cable. it doesnt matter what brand they are all tested and proven to share the same result. If no hdmi then component.
