I haven’t yet begun my 3D HDTV expedition, but my impression is that all current TVs have shiny reflective screens (as opposed to the more matte screens of yesteryear). I find reflective screen terribly distracting. My TV room has no back wall (only an arch), so I have trouble controlling ambient light.

Do you know of a 3D HDTV, preferably plasma over 52″, with a non-reflective screen?

I know this is probably a dumb question, but I have a PS3, and it is 3D capable (or will be with software update).
Panasonic gives a pair of glasses with their 3D HDTV’s, Samsung doesn’t.
WILL the PS3 work in 3D with ANY of the new 3D tv’s?
I don’t want to pay for the TV AND GLASSES separately, and besides I have seen both Samsung and Panasonic 3D systems, and the Panasonic looks better (and costs $500 less).

After 6 weeks with out my TV they approved a replacement and I had to give them a cold stare and tell them all about themselves to get this HDTV . I paid $1600 cash for the TV & $300 and some change for the extended warranty for my original 50″ Plasma and this was an even price swap .
