I had a professional do this. Choose Manual Convergence in the Menu.  You get 40 different "screens"; one at a time. Each one looks like a Tic-Tac-Toe board.  You push the arrows on the controllers until the color lines match up exactly with the tictactoe lines.  Then you push Enter and do the next one. You can do it yourself.  it is boring and i could not notice any difference and i love HD..</description>
