Can I buy an approx 23″ LCD display that can also serve as an excellent HDTV?

90% of the time I need a 22″+ LCD display as my main computer monitor — but occasionally I want to use it as my primary HDTV. Should I be wary of any issues? Do you have any specific recommendations or tips?

   I recommend Samsung Touch Of Color T220HD. This is computer monitor and HDTV monitor. Please see at Amazon.
